Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
  • Include all original packaging and tags (if applicable).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn waist trainers.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you need a different size, please contact us and we will assist you with available options.
